TAGGED!

by Hayley Holliman

What I was doing ten years ago.... Ten years ago I was finishing up Massage Therapy School and planning a wedding. My mom will tell you I was a little moody at that time. I had lots going on. I graduated, and then a week later Greg's parents got home from their mission as mission presidents in Leon, Mexico. They had been gone for 3 years! Then about a week later we got married!! Our 10 year anniversary is on July 16!

What I was doing five years ago... We lived in Pleasant Grove in our little town home that we bought. We did a lot with our good friends Darin and Darcie Warren who lived right next door...we shared walls. We were really happy there and I miss seeing them as much as we did then. We just had Indi and was enjoying every second of her. We were also trying to get Sloane here. (She took 2 1/2 years, two surgeries and two miscarriages to get her.) Greg was working at Pro Steel where he had worked since he was in high school. We were really excited when he got promoted to shop manager then to Purchasing! He was in charge of purchasing all the materials they needed to make the Browning Gun Safes they manufactured.

Interesting story: Pres. George Bush senior special ordered a safe for Pres. Bush Junior. It said Laura and George Bush across the front. He wanted her name first so that George and Bush weren't separated. It also said Prairie Chapel Ranch. That is where their house was that the safe would be. It had a special design that had deer, turkey and sage hens on it. Greg was in charge of putting the whole interior in,(shelves, carpeting) and the logos and wording on the outside. Cuz he was the best at it! Well he decided this safe needed to leave with some sort of "Greg Robison has been here" So he wrote his name a bunch of times inside the whole safe! Under the carpeting on the shelves and walls. So some where on the Prairie Chapel ranch sits a presidential safe with Greg's name scribbled all over the inside. I wouldn't be surprised if the secret service X rayed the thing and has run a check on him. :)

One Year Ago.....I was crazy busy trying to keep a 2 and 1 year old entertained. Indi had just finished kindergarten and I was wondering how I was ever going to let her go to 1st grade ALL DAY! I was gardening like crazy because that's what I look forward to in the summer time. And we took a few Lake Powell trips. Greg also quit his job and began AllStar Sanitation!

Yesterday... Was a day of friends, Popsicles and swing sets. The girls just played and played and played!! It was so nice to watch. I have had "the boring house" till this swing set came along. So it was great to see the girls having fun at THEIR house. I was able to have some quiet in the house by myself and even quilted a little. When Greg got home we went to my moms to see the car damage and hang out. My aunt Mary and cousin Summer surprised us and came down from Salt Lake and we had fun chatting with them for a while
