I have known for a while now that my mind and body are in dire need of some attention. So today I FINALLY signed up for YOGA. Tomorrow is my first class...wish me luck.

Good Luck! I've never done yoga before, you'll have to let me know how it goes? Where are you doing it? And by the way...I think you look great! I saw you in your cheerleading outfit on Megan's blog! Which was so funny! So glad I was NOT a cheerleader, I would so not get into that right now.
let me warn you the first few times you might be thinking it's a little boring, but after awhile you change and it's so relaxing and beneficial. where are you taking? i wish there was an 'its yoga' in the pg/ af area.
That's awesome your taking Yoga...you will love it. By the way I am so jealous you have got to horseback riding up around Sundance. That is one of my FAVORITE things in the whole world.

PLEASE figure out a way to post pics. All your pics are always so great. I bet you could get some sweet yoga pics! I'm jealous, btw. We are way too podunk to have yoga around here! Not to mention me in yoga would be like an elephant in ballet!
