um....they do have a nice yard but i think they put the sign one yard over by mistake. either that or kevin and melissa stole it off your yard late one night! (j/k...i think you're very deserving too. the "committee" must not have seen your elf house yet!)
I agree,the downs have always had a great yard. Tell them it looks great. I love that thay do that in Apple Grove, how fun!!
