A Day To Remember

We had a very fun, memorable day together as sisters, we also brought Indi along for the experience. We all headed up to watch Hayley try on wedding dresses. The most gorgeous dresses I have seen in fact. And she couldn't have looked more beautiful. She is going to be one striking bride. Getting there was another story...
It all began with scheduling conflicts but we were able to sort them out and surprise Hay that all of us were able to make it. We met and decided to take Hayley and Carly's cars. Maddy joined Hayley in hers and off we went. We were waiting at a light when I began to point at something trying to get them to look at it. They couldn't quite see so Hayley decided to pull forward....forward right into the back of Carly's car! So we began our day off with a bang. haha
Then long story short, we had to RUN across a busy street to get to the bridal store. I was in heels, had a purse and was trying to make sure my daughter made it across safely. As we finally made it across I went to step on the curb and caught my heel. Did a very ungraceful recover, took another step and caught my heel again on a tree root and went DOWN!! I just stayed there. My sisters were in tears, I was just on the ground, with my purse praying no one else saw. As we walked in there were 4 professional clerks standing there who had seen the whole thing. I ended up with a bruise and scraped knee and ego. But between the car wreck and me going down right in front of the store and Hayley looking SO gorgeous it all added up to a memorable day!

Thankfully no serious damage was done to the cars.
